Three Pieces of information are required:

Your child's first and last name.

The reason for absence. This includes an illness, an appointment, or any religious holidays or bus cancellation days.

If you know your child's home room, or their teacher's name, please add that information as well.

Did you know..?
When a student is absent from school for 5 days or more, parents must provide a letter to the school.
